All heros don't wear capes, but that doesn't stop them from protecting you!
Shout out to the lovely staff at Bamboobies! They were gracious enough to allow me to try their products and blessed me with some great BOOB SWAG, three boxes of washable nursing pads! Ladies, I have yet to nurse, but I know these pads are a godsend! I've had many friends and family members to start families over the years. Besides holding and playing with the soft, googly-eyed babies, I was always interested in nursing. I'd ask all kinds of questions. "Does it hurt?" Do your breasts leak?" One cousin showed me her disposable pads and told me how they would sometimes fill up fast and mess up her shirts. I was not looking forward to that!
So, check out my unboxing video! This video shows you the super soft nursing pads that are made from bamboo rayon and are LEAKPROOF! I am definitely encouraging all of you nursing mommas to visit their website to see if these pads will work for your nursing needs!

If you're anything like me, preparing for a new baby can be mind boggling. But thank goodness there is a lot of information online and a lot of free merch out there! I found out about the Babylist registry while in a Facebook cloth diapering group. One of the group members mentioned she used Babylist as her registry when I asked about adding cloth diapers to my Amazon registry.
This registry business can be a hassle. I began my first registry with Walmart, but they didn't have everything I needed. So, I created one with Amazon, but I really didn't want to share multiple registries. It just made sense, and seemed easier, to create one. I finally visited the Babylist registry and really loved the set up. Friends and family can reserve gifts and buy online and in-store. Plus, I can add items from any site. After transferring my registry, and adding items from Babylist's store, I qualified for a Hello Baby Box. This box contained sample items and was free! All I had to do was pay for shipping ($5.95). I'm down! Check out my video below to see everything that came in the box.

I get a little nervous when I start running out of these. I have been a fan of these wipes since before pregnancy. I was satisfied with regular sensitive skin wipes for a long time. I would buy them from the leading brand names or the store brand if my budget was tight.
During my lifestyle transition a few years back, I switched to products with less chemicals, not just products labeled "for sensitive skin." So, I tried seventh generation. Low and behold, they were nice and sturdy, made with less chemicals, and eco-friendly. I was in love! But they were a little on the expensive side. So, after I used them all I went back to some other wipes. IT DID NOT WORK. The other wipes burned and left me irritated for about a week. AND in an area where you really don't want irritated skin. I went back to Seventh Generation, and I've been stuck with healthy skin ever since. They have my vote.
After my personal experience, I will definitely be using these wipes on my baby. I wouldn't want her little bum irritated!
